Our on-line process is very simple:

Step 1: Request a quote by calling us or completing the form below. Tell us as much as you can about your planned event, or provide us with a list of the equipment needed for your event.
Step 2: We will respond to your request with an e-mail containing a link with an itemized proposal and a price estimate. We may also respond with an e-mail or phone call, if additional information is required, or if a site visit is necessary.
Step 3: Once the proposal meets the requirements of your event, you simply approve it by selecting the approval button on the e-mailed link.
Step 4: We will process your approval, and respond with an e-mail containing an itemized invoice, that can be paid online. Once payment is received, the booking is complete.
